Itinerary

  • Day 1-Arrive in Panama City
    • Upon arrival at the airport in Panama City, you will be greeted by our local crew and escorted to your hotel in the city.
    • Overnight at Bristol Hotel
  • Day 2-3-4 San Blas, where the Guna Indians rule
    • More than 350 islands, many nameless, most uninhabited, all pristine. Swaying palms, white sand beaches, azure crystalline waters, some of the oldest coral reefs in the world, and the Guna Indians. A proud people with their own language, traditions, legends, and gods. They rule their archipelago. Men fish from their canoes while women knit Molas, traditional rainbow-colored patterns emblazoned with fish, birds, jungle animals, and geometric designs. Snorkel, feel the breeze, eat fresh seafood, and mingle with the Guna. You will arrive as a foreigner and leave as a friend. Your days will be at leisure to enjoy the calm of this secluded island.
    • Pick up at your hotel is at 5:00 am, arrival at the Island is at approximately 9:00am, this includes a land transfer to the port of Carti of approximately 3 hours and boat transfer to the island 30 minutes. Overnight at Cabañas Wailidub
  • Day 5-Return to the city
    • Departure from the Island is schedule at 3:00pm
    • Arrival at your hotel is approximately 6:00pm

  • Day 6-Panama City History Tour: A tale of pirates and conquistadores
    • At Miraflores Locks, massive vessels are lifted to make the transit between two great oceans in one of the world’s greatest engineering feats. Your will be there to watch it, from the vantage point at the first floor of the visitor´s area.
    • Stroll around Casco Antiguo, the beautiful Old Quarter, traveling back in time as you admire the lovely restored colonial mansions, French balconies, narrow alleys, and impressive churches. before visiting San Jose Church and its golden altar, French Plaza, and the Central Plaza. We will stop at the popular Fish Market to see the daily activity. We continue to Panama La Vieja, the original settlement which was looted and destroyed by notorious English buccaneer Henry Morgan in 1671. Walk with your guide through the ruins as you listen to the amazing recount of the event. Wrap it up with a visit to the new museum for an interactive display of how people lived during those tumultuous times.
