Important Information

Outdoor adventure theme park in a natural and ecologically sustainable environment. We have 44 hectares of land, 5.5 km of ecological trails, sustainable architecture based on used containers and recycled materials.

We have rest areas, souvenirs and photo shops, a children’s play area, bathrooms with showers, lockers, a restaurant, and hydration points throughout the park, among other services.

Attractions may be temporarily closed without prior notice due to weather conditions, maintenance or other cause majeure reasons.

All visitors must sign the waiver form that will be given to you upon arrival.

Hydration points with drinking water included throughout the park.

For safety reasons, the use of cameras and cell phones is not allowed during the activities.

Bring with you: Swimsuits, towels, sunscreen, money for photos, souvenirs, tips, meals, drinks, and snacks.

The admission age of children varies between the different attractions.

We have available to all clients, storage lockers for USD $6.00 small and $9.00 large.

Transfer from/to Bayahibe, additional supplement of USD$10.00 per person, with a minimum of 10 people.

For safety reasons, the minimum heigh required for children to enjoy the activities is 1.30 mts / 4.26 ft. / 51.2 inch. Children under that heigh are welcome to enjoy the water activities with parents.

Groups are welcome. We recommend reservations for groups to reduce your waiting times.

Restrictions

Weight limit for Zip Line and Horseback riding is 130 kilos or 287 pounds.

The minimum height for buggys, zip line and horses is 130cm or 4.26ft.

Disability

Visitors with disabilities are welcome. Special assistance and instructions are required. Please check with us before your arrival.

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK

Our park is open from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm from Monday to Sunday year-round. The first shift of activities begins at 9:00 am.

Yes! The round-trip transfer is included in your package for online bookings from most hotels and accommodations in the, Punta Cana, Bávaro, Cap Cana, Uvero Alto, and Macao area. Transfers from Bayahibe – La Romana area, a mandatory supplement of US$ 10.00 per person applies with a minimum of 10 guests.

If you do not require a transfer to the park, we ask you to arrive at least 30 minutes before the selected shift, so we can guarantee your participation in the activity. We have a free parking area where you can park your vehicle.

We open at 8aThe whole family – grandparents, children, and adults – are welcome at the park. However, not everyone can participate in the activities.

There is no problem with that, we have operations on a rainy day or a sunny day. However, the whole park or some specific activity will be closed if management finds the weather unsafe for the adventurers. If your activity is canceled due to weather, you can rebook for another time and visit us again to complete your activities package. Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds due to weather conditions.

Yes! Snacks and drinks are available for purchase in our restaurant and in the different spots around the park. Also, we offer hydration points with mineral water located throughout the park, included at no cost.

All our tours are guided by English and Spanish speaking guides. But we have staff that speaks French, German, Russian, and surely they will be happy to help you during your visit
