Overview
Experience the best underwater experience in St. Maarten with a Sea Trek tour. Walk and breathe on the bottom of the Caribbean sea, just like on the surface. Enjoy a guided underwater walking tour designed for non-swimmers and guests from ages 8 to 80. Meet the bottom of the sea without swimming. Be transported by boat to a platform in the middle of crystalline water where you will be welcomed by an enthusiastic team. Listen to a briefing from specialists who will explain the tour and divide the group in two.
Enjoy snorkeling for 30 minutes and the other group will enjoy the Sea Trek for 30 minutes. At the end of the snorkeling session, return your gear and get ready to enjoy the Sea Trek, while the other group does the opposite. Once you are ready to do the Sea Trek, descend 2 to the seabed. This descent is little by little by a ladder with 20 steps (20 ft), so you become familiarized with the water environment and the use of the Sea Trek helmet.
Once you reach the bottom, be guided by a path marked by railings, for a more comfortable underwater walk. Discover a sunken submarine, helicopter, plane, canons from Ft Amsterdam and more. Breathe naturally and take in the beauty of the underwater surrounding scenery.
Location
Please arrive 30 minutes before your tour at the Bobby’s Marina Kiosk, next to the Water Taxi Gazebo and beside Aziana Restaurant. Look for the Sea Trek sign, which will be clearly displayed. Transportation to the meeting point and Bobby's Marina parking fees are not included.
Important arrival & cancellation policies:
Check-in is strictly 30-45 minutes prior to your reserved time. Late arrivals or no-shows will not be refunded. Schedules cannot be modified once confirmed. Observer tickets only include boat transfer and snorkeling.

Important Information
To enjoy the Sea Trek experience, guests must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum age: 8 years old
- Guests must be able to walk, climb a ladder, and equalize their ears
- Participants should be in good overall physical condition
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- A medical and liability waiver must be completed before the activity (adults must sign on behalf of minors)
- Subject to weather conditions
- Ground transportation is not included
- Please allow at least 8 hours between completing Sea Trek and your scheduled flight

- SeaTrek is not recommended for pregnant individuals or guests with any of the following conditions: back or neck injuries, a history of seizures, ear problems, vertigo, recent surgery, heart conditions, epilepsy, claustrophobia, hypertension, or asthma.
- Wheelchairs, mobility scooters, and walkers are not permitted during the activity.
